I will listen to just about any thing that has a beat. My music library ranges from Metallica to Kenny G and everything in between. My aunt dragged me to the Polka dances when I would visit her in Wharton during the summers as I was growing up. I love to dance and if there's a good country band playing anywhere (Joel Nava) I try and make it.
I am an 80's nut (seeing how I graduated in '87), but grew up listening to the "moldy oldies" because of my parents. I do tend to favor anything from the 80's (rock & country) for nostalgic reasons . But I do listen to other types of music depending on my mood.
I guess I can thank the different influences in my life to why I'm not biased to one particular type of music.
